Admittedly, Old Trafford wouldn’t be the normal stomping ground for our Co-Founders, who usually follow the oval-shaped ballgame, and support the blue side of Manchester. However an exception was made yesterday to go and attend the Future of Cyber Security event. Throughout the day there were some great talks and insights into the current and future threats we face.
Sarah Knowles and Dawn O’Connor had a day out at the Future of Cyber Security in Manchester yesterday. It was a fantastic opportunity to hear latest thoughts surrounding phishing, ransomware, security awareness, AI, and diversity.
As well as a jam-packed day of sessions, Sarah and Dawn also had the added bonuses of meeting up with Tim Burnett for only the second time in more years than any of them will admit to, catching up with Rosie Anderson which is always enjoyable, and finally getting to meet Sarah Armstrong-Smith in person.
