Sarah Knowles

Sarah is one of the Co-Founders of Shift Key Cyber, with almost thirty years’ experience in IT and Cyber Security. She is a Chartered Cyber Security Professional, an ISC2 Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), ISO 27001 Lead Auditor and a Cyber Essentials and IASME Assurance Assessor. She has a technical background primarily in Microsoft technologies and has provided security governance, compliance and risk management to both HMG and private sector clients.
Dawn O’Connor

Dawn is a Co-Founder of Shift Key Cyber with cyber and business risk experience across different market sectors including retail, local and central government, and law enforcement. She is an ISO 27001 Lead Implementer and Internal Auditor. She is also a Cyber Essentials and IASME Assurance Assessor with a background in Psychology focusing on identifying the human factor risks within cyber. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Information Security and British Computer Society.
